Working Process

The unit mainly PVC, CaCO3 and other additives as raw material, after extruder and die cast By a three roller calender machine , cooling bracket setting ,A/B/A three-layer coextrusion waterproofing membrane .B layer can be different according  to user requirements for product quality adjustment, in order to reduce the cost of products(such as a layer of polypropylene fabric ,polyester fabric ,B layer material ) and B layer can also be based require the use of different materials to meet the diverse requirement of user of the products to meet market demand . This production line can produce PVC/TPO multilayer waterproof membrane, it consists twin screw extruder, die , three roller stack and auxiliary  equipments, it can produce the membrane from 0.5mm to 4mm ,monolayer, multi-layer and laminated with non-woven fabric.
